Important Information regarding Cashless

Cashless Schools replaced by School Cash Online in 2017-18 In the 2017-18 school year, Halton District School Board will replace Cashless Schools with a new system called School Cash Online. School Cash Online will allow parents to pay school fees using credit cards, Visa Debit and online funds transfer. The Board will have a parent help desk, staffed 24/7 to assist you when using School Cash Online. Parents who have already been using Cashless Schools will be asked to register to use School Cash Online before September and consent to receive email about school events and fees. More detailed instructions will be provided by the school in May. For the remainder of the current school year, we wish to alert parents not to add excessive amounts to their Cashless School wallets. For families who deposited balances in their Cashless Schools wallets earlier in the school year, the Board will provide instructions on how to obtain a refund on any balances remaining after June 30th before the end of the school year. Halton District School Board thanks you for your support in limiting cash coming into our schools and we look forward to families experiencing many benefits as we move to the new School Cash Online service.
